ZID Supermarket

ZID Supermarket is an ambitious and fast-growing supermarket based in Dubai. With a vision to enter the competitive retail market with impact, they partnered with THE MOOB to build their entire brand from the ground up. From logo design to website development, social media, business strategy, and marketing solutions. This was a full-service project to help them launch with a powerful and lasting presence.

The Challenge

ZID Supermarket approached us with nothing in hand, no branding, no online presence, no business identity. Their goal was clear: to launch a professional and recognizable supermarket brand in Dubai with a modern look, strong digital presence, and an engaging customer experience. It was our task to create everything from zero to launch-ready quality.

The Research

We studied top supermarket brands both locally and internationally, focusing on branding colors, logo dynamics, storefront visibility, catalog website structure, and content engagement strategies on social media. Our team also explored the most effective launch plans and business growth tactics to make sure ZID entered the market fully prepared.

The Solution

We designed a special logo incorporating the letters ZID with a clever basket detail on the “I”, a simple yet memorable symbol for a supermarket. Red was chosen to stand out boldly, inspired by global supermarket giants. We built their complete branding identity, including document templates, packaging guidelines, and a 3D storefront banner.

On the digital side, we launched their Facebook and Instagram accounts, crafted branded content templates for posts and reels, and planned for TikTok integration. We then created a catalog website featuring product categories, offers, their mission and vision, and contact/location details, all optimized for mobile.

We wrapped up with a tailored business plan and marketing strategy, ready for activation after their physical store setup and product stocking. Once ready, ads and campaigns will go live to attract the local audience and build strong community engagement around the ZID brand.
